Practitioners, not theorists.

Föreningen Myceliet is a Swedish non-profit association founded in 2025. Our founding team brings direct professional experience in artisan food production, AI-enhanced tool development, adult education, health and wellbeing, and the stewardship of rural cultural heritage.

We didn’t write reports about sustainable food systems from a distance. We worked in kitchens, on farms, in classrooms, and in code. That lived expertise is what we bring to every European project we join.

The association takes its name from the biological mycelium — the underground network that connects organisms and enables resource sharing. It reflects our conviction: lasting change grows through networks, knowledge exchange, and genuine partnership.
